Between feel good food and feel good yoga, this chill day plan takes you and your dog from Kips Bay to the nearby LIC.
Stop 1: Dog & Bone @ 162 East 25th St.
TLDR: British restaurant with a dog-friendly sidewalk cafė
Rundown: This Kips Bay restaurant was founded by food and dog lovers that use local produce and strive for comfortability. Open everyday from 11am-2am. Weekends open at 10am.
Tips and reminders:
Has an “On The Go” window that sells quick bites and ice cream
Has a Corner store with specialty Irish and English items
They specialize in feel good foods--even a traditional roast served every Sunday at noon

Stop 3: DŌGA @ 44-02 23rd Street Suite #516, Queens
TLDR: Try a yoga sesh with your dog in Queens for $25-30 on Saturdays
Rundown: Join instructor, Melaney Wolf, on Saturdays in Long Island City at 2pm for a one-hour, slow moving, gentle class to strengthen your bond with your dog, and let them mingle with other neighborhood dogs.
Tips and reminders:
Participating dogs must be up to date on vaccinations, have no aggressive history and be small in size (under 23lbs)
Class size is limited to 15 adults and 6-8 dogs.

Studio is a little tricky to find, so here’s some detail:
Walk to the intersection of 23rd STREET and 44th DRIVE (You should see LIC market).
Walk North on 23rd Street for 2 Blocks (You should pass the Secret Theater).
Enter through the DOUBLE DOORS of Caffeina (a cafe with a green sign).
Take the elevator to the 5th Floor and buzz suite 516.
